Reprogramming the Unlocking
LOCKING AND UNLOCKING
Power Door Locks
Function
You can program the unlocking function
so that only the driver door unlocks.
The power door lock control is on the driver
door.
Press and hold the unlock and lock buttons
on the remote control simultaneously for
at least four seconds with the ignition off.
The direction indicators flash twice to
confirm the change.
Press the button to unlock all
doors.
Press the button to lock all
doors.
To return to the original unlocking function,
repeat the process.
You can also change between the
unlocking modes in the information
display.
Door Lock Indicator
An LED on the power door lock control
illuminates when you lock the door. It
remains on for up to five minutes after you
switch the ignition off.
Central Locking
Press the button to lock all
doors. One short flash of the
Door Lock Switch Inhibitor

your vehicle has locked.
When you electronically lock your vehicle,
the power door lock switch no longer
operates after 20 seconds. You must
unlock your vehicle with the remote
control, or switch the ignition on, to restore
function to these switches.
Note: The locking only operates if the front
doors are fully closed.
Double Locking the Doors
Remote Control
WARNING: Do not use double
locking when passengers or animals are
inside your vehicle. The doors cannot be
unlocked or opened from the inside when
double locked.
You can only use the remote control when
your vehicle is stationary.

lock the doors if all the doors are closed.

Reinstalling the Lock Cylinder Cap
If the central locking function does not

If you program the unlocking function so

system detects a key, all doors unlock
indicating that a key is inside.
Note: Your vehicle locks if another passive
key is within the detection range after you
close the last door.
