Max Range mode is on.
The charging status is indicated on the indica-
tor light on the charging socket.
A time display indicates how long it will take
for the high-voltage battery to reach the target
temperature. Depending on current energy re-
quirements, the time shown may differ from
the actual time.

Charge target
Principle
A target value in percent can be set for charg-
ing the high-voltage battery.

1.
Apps menu
When a lower target value is set, the charging
time may be shortened.
2. "Vehicle"
3. "Charging"
General information
A target value of 80 % is recommended for
fast charging and optimal service life of the
high-voltage battery.
4. "Charging mode"
5. Select the desired settings:
"Immediately": the charging process
starts as soon as the charging cable is
connected.
Target values below 20 % cannot be set.
"Time slot": If a departure time is set, a
time frame for charging can be set, e.g.,
to charge using a cheap electricity rate.
Set charge target
1.
Apps menu
2. "Vehicle"

3. "Charging"
4. "Charging target"
5. Select the desired setting.
General information
A time frame can be set for the charging proc-
ess, e.g., to charge with a cheap electricity rate.
Permissible volume of DC charging
The vehicle can also start the charging process
before the selected time frame begins or end
it after the selected time frame finishes. The
starting point of the charging process is ad-
justed so the vehicle can be as fully charged as
possible and, if applicable, its climate adjusted
by the departure time.
When the vehicle is charged at a DC charging
station, the noise emission during the charging
process can be limited, for instance to comply
with the local noise level restrictions. A limita-
tion of the noise emission can lead to longer
charging times.
