3 Pull the knob with the fuel pump

symbol.

1 Remove the interior lamp (refer to

page 171). Reach into the opening

and push out the panel

1 Use the handle to lower the trim

panel on the right side of the luggage

compartment

2 Using the Allen wrench from the on-

board tool kit (refer to page 166), turn

the sliding/tilt sunroof in the desired

direction.

2 BMW 750iL: Unscrew the hexagon

nut (arrow), lift the battery support up

slightly and swing it inward together

with the battery
